Welcome back!

Hi! I'm back after quite a while - so I guess I'm saying Welcome Back to myself and to you, I'll say, sorry for the long absence and I hope you've been enjoying the content of the archives! I did my best to get away from the computer this summer and enjoy the outdoors - I hope you did, too. I actually got to Costa Rica for the first time and Wow, it's beautiful!

So, what's going on? Well last night I filmed an interview with the awesome folks at Quest.tv and as soon as I get a link to the replay I'll post it here.

I've got some follow up comments that I'll be posting later on, too. Some additional thoughts I had after the live broadcast that I think can help deepen the experience.
